Dr. Patell was recommended to me by one of my co-workers who was very pleased with her services. I was in debate on which direction to go (glasses or bifocal contacts) and she willingly discussed my options and answered my questions. Although it took ordering four different pairs of contacts, she worked with me until they were right and I was satisfied. I also decided to order a pair of back up glasses and since my old frames were in excellent condition (and still in their inventory), they recommended that I just have new lenses put in the frames I had. I found the staff very friendly and professional and never had to wait more than a few minutes.
