Elmer and Ramon did a great job of cleaning our whole house of carpets after we completed our master bath re-construction. Construction dust was embedded in all the downstairs carpets. Also the carpets smelled good after completion. Got rid of that 'sheetrock' smell.\r
Pros: fast with no 'drying' time
