I lived at 1927 Euclid. The place was great; very spacious and near lower Greenville. I had no complaints until my electricity bill came in over $400 for 4 months straight. The A/C ran constantly because the bedroom and extra room in the back were not insulated or seemed not to be insulated. During the winter months it was freezing but I just covered up with extra blankets, sweat pants, long sleeve shirt, socks, a couple of cats and a space heater. I called the management group when my electricity bill came in too high and I was told nothing was going to be done about it. This was my only complaint but honestly I don’t complain too much about things. I didn’t complain when I had a possum in my kitchen or that I had to place a 2x4 under the back part of my refrigerator and stove so that it would be level. I didn’t complain that there was a hole in living room floor or that there was a terrible flea infestation right after I moved in. I’m very easy going and took care of most of the problems on my own. I just couldn’t afford to pay $400 for electricity and still have it be 86 degrees in the middle of the night. I wouldn’t recommend having Campagna as a property management group to anyone.
Pros: Great Location
Cons: Bad Management
