Horrible customer service, communication and scheduling 7/2/2009

Very dissatisfied with customer treatment I received from them. I scheduled an appointment to have my mother-in-law’s car windows tinted on Saturday. For the first Saturday they called and asked to reschedule it, ok, I rescheduled to do it the following Saturday at 9 AM. Dropped the car off at around 9, the whole thing was suppose to take about 2.5 – 3 hours to be completed (around noon). While they were suppose to work on it I was driving around and waiting to pick it up and proceed with my plans for the day. Drove by at around 1 PM (AN HOUR AFTER it was suppose to be done) – the car was still outside as I dropped it as nobody touched it yet; I called in to ask why it’s not finished yet, they said “We had to proceed with customers who waited inside”. Wow. Ok, I asked when it’s will be done and got a response that right around 2:30 when they are closing. Ok, I saw that my plans for the day won’t happen so I waited more. Came over to pick it up at 2:20 and to my surprise car wasn’t anywhere near to be ready; they just took it to the garage. Wow. So nothing was done and my plans were screwed. Thank you for horrible service and wasting most part of my Saturday. Will never do anything with them again and will not recommend it to anybody.
