Van-Air is one of the distributors in our area of a particular product that we use. We have been using them for quite a while now, about 10 years or so.
We started using Van-Air because we knew that they worked with this one manufacturer, whom we have been dealing with through them.
We get a fairly quick response from Van-Air when an order is placed. They respond with some kind of confirmation that same day or within 24 hours.
They get back to us even if they do not have the answer we need or want right away.
