Never Use Next Gen Telephone Company. Worst customer Service and Worst Billing Department. They are sending Verizon tech to fix the problem and charge $125 with out knowing the Customer. They want to go to Court regarding that charges. Collection Agency and Court Letter. Never Switch over to Cheap company. Even they give you cheaper rate. Next Gen Billing Department Employee is shouting oveer the phone . He do not want to talk with me regadrding Billing. Lady at Nextgen Billing Department Hangs up the phone saying no more to talk..... Bad Service Bad Company
