I brought my car to Kevin because he assured me that it would be fixed within a month. Kevin had my car for 6 months. Wouldn't return my phone calls for a 2 month stretch and would actually answer the phone himself and state that ""Kevin"" was out sick. After filing with the Mass attorney general's office I was finally able to get in touch with him. He told me my car was fixed, I drove from Burlington, Vt to his auto shop on Martha's Vineyard to find my car was still going to be in the shop for another week. A week later I drove it back to Burlington and when I got it inspected by a real auto shop they found $1000 in fixes that Kevin had missed or done incorrectly. I'm simply amazed that he's still in business.
Pros: Not one good thing about the place
Cons: Terrible service, wouldn't trust him with an oil change.
