They have been around for more that 40 years and they know pretty much everything about locks and safes I founf out. I came into the shop with an old mortise lockset and they fixed it for me right that and there and even came out to my house and installed it the right way. I would rather bring my busniess to a local busniess than corparate run place.
Pros: Helpful, great customer service, knows their locks and safes
Cons: nothing!
