I took my cat in to be spayed on 06/05/09 - I was told to pick her up the same day at 5pm. I was given paperwork that stated that in order for my animal to receive PAIN RELIEF I needed to call them before noon or none would be administered. The paperwork also stated that pick up was between 5 & 6pm.\r

I sent my son to pick our cat up because I had to work late. He arrived just minutes after 5pm (from across town, no less) and was told that whomever could release our pet had "just left" and we would not be able to get our cat. Calls to the office were unanswered (even though my son was still there on his cell phone telling me what was going on) and messages were not returned.\r
