After my GP recomended this practice I made an appt with Dr McLoughlin. He seemed fine, thorough and patient. I was told that he would refer me to get an x ray that day (this is at 4:00) across the street at Rex. After 35 minutes and no one came back with the referal, I wandered the halls and finally found Nurse Janet talking with others. She finally realizes that she has forgotten me and comes in the room. I leave and get to wake Radiology at 4:45 and they have no orders and have no idea why I am there, they call the office to get the orders and the phones are off at 4:50 so I am sent home. I will NEVER go to this place ever again. Nurse Janet is a disaster. I am sorry for the Doctors that she is assigned to because she makes them look horrible.
