I've had my car towed several times from Cambridge, either for street cleaning or snow emergencies. I'm not from the area so there's no where else for me to park. Anyway, I've never had a problem with the tow place. You CAN pay with a credit card, it's not far from mass transit and it was quick and painless. No one likes getting their car towed, but I don't have any complaints about these guys.
