I haven't worked out in over 7 years! Amazing how fast life changes and time passes us by! I have a full time, stressful job, not to mention a step mom of two and a part-time job that I work every other weekend. No FUN and NO Time to get myself into shape! Until... Empower! Now I use my lunch hour twice a week to have Michael @ Empower ""push me into shape"" for 30 minutes. No need for a drill srgt when you have him! He is efficient and works me ever minute of the 30 I am there. After 5 of these 30 min workouts, I can actually see and feel the results.
