Texas Morrow Construction is erecting a 264 unit apartment complex adjecent to Eastex Oaks subdivision. Before we knew what was happening, workers took down a row of trees from our private properties (bordering this new construction--called: ""Carrington at Northbelt."") When questioned, homeowners were told that they were country workers working on a ditch expansion project. There was no reason for the pines to be destroyed. We were not asked. Permission was not given.
