I've been a customer here for most of my automotive needs. This is the first time I've gone to them for an inspection and they saw nothing wrong with RIPPING ME OFF. They twisted my arm into buying new windshield wipers for $115 (one top of the $37) by threatening to fail me for them. I would have been alright with the condition if it was a reasonable price, but this was my ONLY option. $115 for wipers?! Going to a BMW dealer would have been cheaper! They really know how to lose customers here. NEVER COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. That is just bad business. It's not the money that bothered me, it was the fact that they're blatantly squeezing every dollar out of me. In these times, that $115 could have gone towards better things.
