I've used Appliance Service by Paul a couple times now in the last 3 years. They came out last week and looked at our washer and said it needed a new part. He left and a couple days later I started calling the main number trying to find out if they ordered a part or if they were coming back. A week went by and they said they contacted the tech a couple time to call me. He never did. Today he shows up at my house with a part and wants to put it in. So I get on the phone with this guy and start asking him why he didn't let me know what was going on. He denies ever getting any request from their office. I don't know who was lying but someone's not doing their job over there. Anyway he works on the washer puts it back together and then walks off the job saying he can't fix it. I'm not sure what to think but Appliance Service by Paul is not doing the repair that is for sure.
