It pains me to give this woman even 1 star. I went to Jane hoping to find a fabulous place where I could get the ""safest"" color. She did an absolutely terrible job with my color howevver. Brassy highlights, and just an overall botched job. She offered to fix it for me which I appreciated. However, just as I thought, when I arrived she proceeded to tell me how much better my hair looked now compared to the first visit and she did nothing wrong . This did not surpirse me in the least because from my previous visit I knew she was a person who would never take responsiblity for anything - always blaming someone else. She did proceed to fix it and because I was grateful she did with no charge I said I would return for a haircut. She refused to see me again because she thought I was too difficult. (I was never really planning on going back because this woman was extremely rude and abusive to her staff - embarrasing her assistant and talking to him with absolutely no respect ). Save yourself time, expense and aggravation and stay away from this woman.
