Don will tell you exactly what he needs you to do to make the experience go smoothly as possible. The work was top notch. The parts he used were new. He explained in great detail what they had done and what parts were replaced. I got a detailed invoice with part #'s and outside vendors he used as well. A full labor warranty and parts covered by the manufacturer. Don and his team are the shining star of this business.
