My experience was excellent. I went in there with two emerald rings; one I am using as an engagement right, the other a wedding band. They reset and refit the engagement ring and replaced a missing .25 carat diamond and repaired the prongs in the wedding band all for $375.00. This was nearly half the price of two other jewelry stores that I received quotes from. They also gave us $35.00 for two 14 carat bands that were not in good condition. Also, as mentioned above, the staff were pretty friendly. I am disappointed to hear the story below from Annette K. That sounds awe fully rude and they should have done something for her. I can see how that would happen there. We had a similar miscommunication with the staff there. We got all the way to end of our visit there and almost didn't get anything for our scrap gold.
