I thought I won a trip on the radio station, I gave them a call and they came out with the suprise that I had to pay $260 for my (FREE)!!!! package. I agreed with it and i payed it because i wanted a really nice vacation. I called 29 days ahead to make my reservations, Guess what? another suprise $60 again because I did not call ahead of time to speak with someone on the phone. I was Flucking mad I had waited 30 minutes at a time everytime I called to speak with someone most of the girls working there had horrible costumer service. When I say horrible it was horrible. I work in customer service and I know how to make my customers happy. I was supposed to feel relax, at no point I have been relaxed I am very, vey uppset they do not understand when they make a mistake to fix it. Damary was the only representative that helped me with a good attitude. The rest looked like they were hired without any trainning it looks like they just hired pitbulls from the street to work at that Office. The Pitbulls from the office are the ones going in this website writting good reviews, because I do not think anyone has anything good to say about this so called COMPANY RELAXXXX TRAVEL where no one gets to relax.
