I just had work done at Boston Volkswagen for the 1st time and asked to talk to a manager -- just to tell them how impressed I was and say thanks. He was very grateful and asked me to share my experience on line.I went into Boston Volkswagen last evening without an appointment because I had just gotten pulled over by the police for having a brake light out.All I wanted was to have a new bulb installed, and I truly expected to be put off based on my experiences with my husband's car at Jeep dealerships. But when I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted, and I felt like they were happy to see me.I didn't realize they did state inspections, so I asked if they could do that too even though I arrived near closing time.By the way, I'm very pregnant (due in two weeks) and it's hard for me to comfortably wait for anything right now, so I stood in their service drop off area and watched them work on my car.
