Mandy at the Marietta Office is the worst receptionist. She was not just rude but quite in-knowledgeable about taking appointments. I was trying to make an appointment for both my kids at one visit but she wasn't willing to help. She put me on hold for 3 intervals of 10 minutes each time. She could call me back if she needs to work it in. But she was just so inefficient. I'm still waiting to get a call back from the office manager. If this person is rude too...then it shows you how the office operates. I've not been to this ENT and we shall see. I hope the doctors and more thorough and willing to help compared to the receptionist, especially-Mandy.
