Wow these guys are in a whole new universe when it comes to cell phones and customer satisfaction. I was at my local At&t store with an issue with my blackberry. As soon as I walked in with a phone problem it was like every At&t sales rep turned their back to me and would not even look at me let alone talk to me. I got so frustrated i just walked out of the store and decided to do some research on cell phone repairs, I found yakety yak wireless in colleyville and decided to see what they could do with my phone Issue. As soon as I stepped foot in the door I was greeted and I told them My Issue with my Blackberry keypad. They worked on it for about 20 min and decided that the board was completely fried. So instead of them telling me to go and buy a brand new phone they offered to show me their used phones. They were very impartial with what they offered me. They showed me phones from 20 bucks all the way to 300. Not only do they have used phones but they carry a 30 day warranty on all of them, THATS AMAZING! They solved all my needs and were able to transfer over all my data on my old phone to the new one, If you break a phone or need a repair see these guys they will do everything possible to make you leave happy
