You get passed on to the next belt no matter how bad you were at testing. Very expensive, unnecessary fees. Instructors not as hard as they should be on students. Again, it doesn't matter how bad you are at the forms, kicks, punches, etc., you get passed on to the next belt. Many undeserved black belts.
