Great to learn as a family 10/22/2010

We have always been close as a family, but adding martial arts training has given us much more to talk about and work on as a family. Both my teenagers have set goals for Black Belt! My wife & I have benefitted from stretching out & getting moving again. We have enjoyed the attention the staff puts toward helping us move along and get things right. It really has been a blend of your mind controlling your body. It feels good to be confident of my physical control. It has also been fun to have my daughter or son help me get some of the motions right! They have really gotten fast! It is also a boost in confidence to have my daughter heading to college with a knowledge of self-defense. more

Real Quality Self Defense 10/22/2010

?Ive been a student at American Dojo for several years. Their Combat Hapkido and Taekwondo for self defense is some of the highest quality instruction you can get. Everyones friendly, respectful, and the instructors are very knowedgable and will take time to repeat things if needed. I love the hapkido there because the techniques cover real-world situations. If your interested in protecting yourself and/or loved ones, American Dojos program has what you want. more

Again, it doesn't matter how bad you are at the forms, kicks, punches, etc., you get passed on to the next belt. Many undeserved black belts.
