My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday for a maggage and it expired within 6 months! I moved of apartment the month before it expired and I lost my certificate. When I found it, it was already expired since a month. So I called them to ask for an extention… The manager had no commercial sense and was NOT POLITE at all!! He argued with me, telling me that it was the policy of the salon and that he couldn't let me take my massage because the date was expired. And worst than everything, as I was still talking with him, he stopped the phone call!!!!\r

My boyfriend paid them 75$ and they didn't provide us any services… For me, they're stilling money from people!\r
