I am a regular spa goer and am used to the type of atmosphere. When going to a spa I look for two things: relaxation and service quality. These standards were met until I checked out. I assume I was assisted by a manager because of her attire, and she bombarded me with sales tactics. I kept saying ""no thank you"" but the woman kept trying to push me into buying gift certificates, products, etc. I felt like I was talking to a used cars salesman. I left frustrated. I would want to go back for the services, but the pushness at the desk left a sour taste in my mouth.

Cons: Maybe they just want your money?
