It was my first time to try this salon. I heard they did a good job from a person at work. I had the hair stylist ERICA! DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOUR HAIR!!!!!!!!! i asked her for a retouch of my highlights, she did not retouch it at all the right way. She turned my hair bright orange/yellow. She did not do all my previous highlights! She couldn't even figure out what the color was used previously to try and match my color. I kept asking her your just retouching the roots. Then I see her doing my whole highlights over. She did not do a good job at all. DO NOT LET HER DO YOUR HAIR!!!!!!!!! The workers said there must have been miscommunication! But there was not any miscommunication at all because I kept asking and repeating myself over and over. Plus, two other workers offered to redo my hair for free. Can you believe they charged me $60 for my hair when I asked for retouching my highlights!???????????? When they didn't even do what I asked!
