Yesterday on April 8th I decided last minute that I wanted to get my hair cut. I didn't have an appoitment but was hoping that I could see someone right away. When I walked in Mitchell's at Preston Corners I was greeted by the receptionist at the front, I explained to her that I wanted a new look but wanted someone very confident because I have very curly hair and it can be hard to manage at times..She right away introduced me to the manager Kris, when I sat in her booth I really didn't know what I wanted but was so impressed with the time Kris took with me , she went over all my options and never rushed me or made me feel unsure about my decision...After the haircut needless to say I was SO IMPRESSED!!! I got a haircut I never knew I always wanted...I believe that by Kris taking the time to really listen to me and understand what I wanted she was able to give me the new look I wanted. I was so impressed with her I brought my 9 year old daughter back today, Madison hates getting her hair cut but after an hour in Kris's chair she was so happy and enjoyed the whole experience, We are both so happy with our new looks and that we were able to meet someone who really cares about making others feel better about themselves!!!
