This place seems to have promise but they MUST fix serious problems with the service. The suggestions below are based on both the service we rec'd this evening (4/20) and what I observed throughout the restaurant.\r

(1) A staff member should not walk through the restaurant with a dull expression on his face -- yawning .... mouth wide open.\r
\r
(2) In a place that calls iitself a ""Grille"" and if a steak is cooked to order, do not disappear before the customer can cut it and check it. If the customer has to waive down another waiter to send it back, you have failed to take care of your customer. And yes, RARE really means a cool red center.\r

(3) The glasses on the table no longer contain anything to drink. This is a pretty good clue that maybe the customers might want another drink. \r

Brio has the potential to be a fine restaurant but it suffers from training issues that only management can address.
