Desperado's is great tex-mex period. I have never ordered anything from the menu that I don't think is great. However, if you are going to be eating at Desperado's for the first time, you must have the Desperado Taco's. Like trying to describe a beautiful woman or a hidden lush valley one stumbles upon, words do not do this entree justice. Trust me, though, as someone who has worked down the street for many years, anytime we have clients from out of town, we take them to Desperados and recommend these tacos. I have never heard anything but rave reviews and on return visits those same clients are the ones suggesting we go to Desperado's for lunch. Some want to see if everything else is as good at the tacos, but most already know what they want!
