I had to have someone else come in and finish the job after K&M left. Half of the tile in the room was cleaned perfectly, but, because the job was done hastily, the other half was still dirty and they didn't even notice! Once I noticed the problem I called and asked for them to finish the job. They told me they would have to use a different chemical, but they would have to charge me extra because it was a second trip. I asked about all of this before they did the work, so I was surprised to hear that I was going to be stuck with an inflated bill. If I didn't feel price-gouged I wouldn't be writing this negative review.\r
