I've been to this MB 4 times since my husband and I happened to walk by it while we were hanging out at Rockefeller Center. I've never seen a line come out of the store. I've never waited for more than 5 minutes. I've been helped as soon as I stand by the counter, make a selection of the cupcake (someone behind the counter with gloves will pick the cupcake I wanted and place it in a very pretty box) and make a payment. There might be a line inside the bakery but it moves pretty fast. I love all the pretty cupcakes! My husband loves the Magic Cookie Bars!
