Took my van in to the store on 75th and Metcalf to have the back tire fixed and they told me that they couldn't fix it because the Dept of Transportation wouldn't allow it. They said I needed four new tires. The front two were only four months old and I had purchased them from the very same Tires Plus! How could they have gone bad in four months? Then they also told me my brakes were bad. I just had new brakes put on two months ago. They said I need my oil changed and new wiper blades. Anything to rip me off. I took my tire to another unconnected tire store and got it fixed without a problem. I also had my brakes checked and they were fine. I suggest you steer clear from this store completely!
