went there for an allignment. They put my truck up on the rack, did nothing then tried to charge me for it. The only reason I caught on was when I went back the next morning to explain that nothing changed, truck still pulled to the right, the service manager looked at my paper work and said ""oh you just had a courtesy check, no work needed to be done"" He didn't look a the second page before he said this which showed I had payed $86. After realizing his mistake he tried to backtrack and say they had actually made an adjustment, but thankfully the paperwork showed nothing of this. So after another ten minutes of back and forth arguing the manager came out and told him to give me the refund. Then he ""accidentally"" charges me again so I am still fighting for the $172 credit. I've never taken the time to do this before.....these are bad people Cons: liars more

I took my company truck that I purchase new 6 months eariler in for an oil change at the 75th and Metcalf location. Afterwards I noticed oil stains in my driveway. Took it back to Tires Plus and they indicated they had failed to tighten the drain plug which resulted in oil all over the bottom of my truck. They changed the oil agin but forgot to put the oil cap back on which caused about 1 Quart of oil to spray all over the engine compartment. I took it to the dealer who had to clean up the mess and the not so caring people at Tires Plus said they thought the dealer's cleaning fee was excessive and would only offer to cover half of the $200 bill. It is obvious to me that this store/company can not be relied upon to complete the simplest of service procedures. more

Had an oil change, but they left off the plug to the oil pan. I needed to drive back to the repair shop to get the plug. They gave me a free oil change for next time. That was 4 years ago.... more

Took my van in to the store on 75th and Metcalf to have the back tire fixed and they told me that they couldn't fix it because the Dept of Transportation wouldn't allow it. They said I needed four new tires. The front two were only four months old and I had purchased them from the very same Tires Plus! How could they have gone bad in four months? Then they also told me my brakes were bad. I just had new brakes put on two months ago. They said I need my oil changed and new wiper blades. Anything to rip me off. I took my tire to another unconnected tire store and got it fixed without a problem. I also had my brakes checked and they were fine. I suggest you steer clear from this store completely! more

This grade C company is made up of a bunch of guys who don't seem to know their head from their rear ends. I'm certain these guys got their "know how" from a cracker jack box. I had them do a simple oil change on my car. I had a coupon so it only cost me $18.95. I get on the highway after my oil change and break down. After a $70 tow bill....I found out that they forgot to put in the oil filter so all the oil leaked out and my engine froze up. Can I tell you that I'm still fighting this DEAD BEAT company?!? Insane! If you see this company....run for your life....or at least your car's life. more
