i was being checked in by the worst person ever.the manager Jessica.when i got there she seemed a little apprehensive about putting her cell phone down to help me! she was not courteous at all.she seemed to look bothered by my presence and looked more interested in playing with her phone.it took her about 25 minutes to check me in.i have been there before and i was checked in and greeted by a lovely and very friendly young woman named Kenya and that only took about 5 minutes!.i will no longer conduct business there because of my horrible experience with the manager.
