I have a large 7 year old yellow lab that until last Friday had been in perfect health and only seen Dr. Jaeger once a year. We have been to the office for nail trimming and the staff is excellent. However, Titus experienced a severe allergic reaction to a bug bite that made him miserable. I arrived at 8:10 on Monday morning with no appointment or even a heads up phone call. The staff could not have been kinder, they were so understanding about my own panic and so tender with Titus who was very agitated and running a fever. They put me in a room and began assessing the situation even before Dr. Jaeger arrived. As soon as she arrived she came to care for Titus, she even apologized for keeping us waiting.
