I read the other reviews and have to admit I was skeptical. However I figured if I used common sense I would be able to avoid problems (shady management practices). Like having a reciept (avoid questions on how much I paid), having original copies of membership etc. So I called and sure enough they offered me a deal ""I couldn't refuse"", I mean come on $169 for 7 months??? I'm sure you've done the math, but thats $21 a month!! You are not finding anything like that in nyc (Manhattan). And no sign up fee HA!
Ok the gym. It's not huge but it has everything for a good workout. And I suppose that's why we're signing up for a gym right? All types of cardio, free weights etc. Now it's not all top of the line but it's not dirty or scuzzy. Plus really who needs flat screen tvs everywhere, ""health"" bar to have ""health drinks"", a live dj??? yeah all those things and more make other gyms expensive $80 up per month and riduculous sign up fees.
This place rocks and I'm happy.
