The technicians were prompt, friendly, professional and quick. My three-year old asked a lot of questions, and they patiently answered each one to his satisfaction. They asked if I wanted to add protectant, but didn't try to annoyingly up-sell me when I said I just needed the cleaning. He even gave tips on how to treat stains and keep my carpet looking great.
