I found Body Mind Systems at a time when I was looking to do something different. I was tired of reliance on gym equipment and wanted something to really help with flexibility and coordination. Here it is! This system of training addresses all aspects of health, is challenging and fun. You can learn it all here- from improving your health to learning self defense skills. It's a great way to stay or get in shape. They have classes for all ages so take your kids down too! I have been involved in fitness all my life and this is the best and most empowering method I have found. I highly recommend it. 
Pros:  good class size, lots of individual attention
