I have had my pets at All Friends for at least 8 years. I have had great experiences each visit, esp when I was upset about a situation. I had a 2 year old cat whom a ""neighbor"" had shot with a BB gun! The indoor cat would sun bath on the roof- I thought she was safe. Regardless- when I took my cat, paralysed from the mid section down, the doctor pet her and held her with care. Of course she could not feel it but the thought through what he'd done. He held her like a baby (and to me she was). The doctor was honesty and genuine. He'd explained the steps he'd taken for her in his care. Unfortunately in the end I made the tough decision to put her down. The doctor gave me time alone with my cat and definatly seemed to understand how hard the decision was. I thank them for making a bad situation acceptable through their honesty and genuine care.
