We've only been to Persimmon for brunch, but each time we've come we've really enjoyed it! I love their omelettes; the Gouda and mushrooms sauteed with thyme had a wonderful complex flavor despite the simple ingredients. The lox and dill mascarpone omelette is delicious as well. Friends have tried the corned beef hash and recommended it, and the lox crepes are simply spectacular. \r
