I was surprised to read a bad review of this building concerning the heating. I am a Southern gal who travels to Chicago on business each Winter, and my comfort is important. I always stay at Canterbury Court for its convenience to my business calls. I have never found the heat in any apartment to be a problem and I have stayed in diferent apartments during each visit. The security is excellent and the 24 hour staff is more than helpful. They greet me like a friend and I look forward to each visit.\r
