I should have walked out in the beginning. I had a bad feeling. As I was waiting for my appointment, I watched the sales girl arranging frames in the display. About five minutes later, her co-worker realized that someone was on hold. The co-worker asked the other girl who was on the phone. She replied, ""No one important..."" and went back to arranging the glasses in the case. She waited another three to five minutes before answering the phone, and she said cooly, ""No, I'm sorry, your lenses didn't come in yet.""\r

I should have run. This has been the worse experience ever. I ordered my contacts from them, 3 1/2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. Every time I call them to check on the order, their staff puts me on hold for at least 5 minutes before I can even ask them my question. When I asked them to check on the order, they said they would call me back, but then they never did. I had to call back again, and the whole thing repeated.\r
