I went to the Kwik Kar on Parmer near Mopac initially for an inspection and oil change. My first visit took two hours and there were only two other customers waiting with me. They kept trying to point out problems that needed to be fixed on my car - air filter, transmission fluid, differential oil, etc. The differential was the only one I went for since it's the only thing I haven't recently had serviced. They said the differential flush was $41, and charged me $55. The oil change was supposed to be $26.99 and they charged me $34. The inspection came around and I failed because of my tires, so I had to go get new ones and come back. As soon as I came back they said they already shut down their inspection sticker making machine so I'd have to come back the next day. So I came back the next day just to have them check my tires - it took them 45 minutes just to do that. I'm definitely staying away from this place in the future.
Pros: comfy couches
Cons: they make you wait hours instead of minutes, charge a lot more than quoted
