THIS IS THE WORST DRY CLEANER ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH\r
this place is located directly next door to a coffee shop and every single thing you bring in there REEKS of coffee when you pick it up! IT IS DISGUSTING! you bring your things in to be cleaned and you pick them up and they smell worse than when you dropped them off. We spoke with the regional manger who is a COMPLETE YOU KNOW WHAT and told us that he ""smelled our stuff and it smelled fine to him so there is nothing more that can be done"" this place did NOT even offer to re-clean our things. they told us that if we wanted something to be done we had to file a formal claim and that it could take months to go through. THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! never ever bring your stuff there unless you want it stinking like coffee has been thrown all over it. \r
the people that work here are super super incompetant and tried to tell us that they can't smell cofffe on our stuff while we are standing in their store. IF YOU GO IN THERE ALL YOU CAN SMELL IS COFFE SO OBVIOUSLY YOU CANT DIFFERENTIATE THE SMELL WHEN ITS ALL YOU CAN SMELL. \r
seriously someone please go in there and tell me it doesnt reek like coffe! you have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! what idiot thought it was a good idea to put a dry cleeaner in the same building as a freaking coffee place. Zoots is the worst place EVER! \r
