Zoots Dry Cleaning

Is a very convenient, local dry cleaners to my house. Was hopeful but did NOT deliver. The quality of work for the price I paid was absolutely unacceptable!\r Unfortunately, will not be back! more

THIS IS THE WORST DRY CLEANER ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH\r this place is located directly next door to a coffee shop and every single thing you bring in there REEKS of coffee when you pick it up! IT IS DISGUSTING! you bring your things in to be cleaned and you pick them up and they smell worse than when you dropped them off. We spoke with the regional manger who is a COMPLETE YOU KNOW WHAT and told us that he ""smelled our stuff and it smelled fine to him so there is nothing more that can be done"" this place did NOT even offer to re-clean our things. they told us that if we wanted something to be done we had to file a formal claim and that it could take months to go through. THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! never ever bring your stuff there unless you want it stinking like coffee has been thrown all over it. \r the people that work here are super super incompetant and tried to tell us that they can't smell cofffe on our stuff while we are standing in their store. IF YOU GO IN THERE ALL YOU CAN SMELL IS COFFE SO OBVIOUSLY YOU CANT DIFFERENTIATE THE SMELL WHEN ITS ALL YOU CAN SMELL. \r seriously someone please go in there and tell me it doesnt reek like coffe! you have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! what idiot thought it was a good idea to put a dry cleeaner in the same building as a freaking coffee place. I had the most horrible service the last time I went to Zoot dry cleaning and I will never go back. I had them dry clean a cashmere sweater which was 1 year old and they had dry cleaned a few times before. The sweater came back shrunken and the fabric was ruined. They sent the sweater to their garment resolutions center to see what could be done. They had the sweater for over two months - not the two weeks like they had promised - and no one ever returned the calls I placed requesting information about my sweater. When I finally did get it back, they said it wasn't their fault and it was a manufacturing defect on the part of the store that made the sweater. Their recommendation was that I take the sweater back to the store and ask for a replacement. The sweater was clearly ruined by the dry cleaning process that they used. Not only did they ruin my shirt, but they refused to take responsibility or provide any substantial reimbursement and they were very rude and proved poor service. Not on time, unreliable, expensive, and incompetent. In the last year, I've had problems retrieving my dry cleaning when it was promised, they've lost clothing, and their customer service is just awful. Avoid Newton Centre Zoots.
