This is the worst dealer by far I have ever been to. They have lied right to my face. They told me I should get the extended warranty and that I am not able to get it later on. If you ever decide to go to this horrible car dealer go dressed in a suite. It will take you 20 minutes to get help if you go dressed casual (dress pants, dress shirt, dress shoes = 20 min). In the begging the basket is full of fruits but once you sign the paperwork you will notice that the basket is really empty. I honestly believe Mercedes should deny them as Authorized Dealer because these con artists throw the name down of Mercedes. At first I thought i was the only one but I guess a lot of people felt the same way I did. Also I read the review about Frank and I think that's the same LIAR who helped me as well. If you ever go to this dealer please go with a friend that knows about Mercedes pretty well or do you HW before you step foot into that dealer.
Pros: You will learn the tricks that Salesman use to rip off customers.
Cons: EVERYTHING, From the moment you step foot into the dealer to the moment you leave.
