Icon is bacteria on the feces of the NYC real estate market. They don't maintain their buildings, they harass tenants, they verbally abuse tenants, they have many violations and complaints registered with the city (just check for yourself with the housing department), they have many suits currently filed against them for abuses of tenant's rights. DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!! They are a black hole, they do not deserve this star. Be wary.
