The center is a great second floor location 1 bolck south of Pat's Steaks.. Semsei McGonigle is an execllent and inovative instructor. The Center provides programs for just about all ages with the idea that Martial Arts should improve the individual, not make the practitioner a mindless killer. I highly suggest that you get out and look the place over, and meet Sensei McGonigle
