Maybe need to work on consistency, but the blueberry pancakes and bacon were spectacular 2/3rds of the time. And I'm obsessed. I've probably been to a good dozen restaurants in Denver looking for the best blueberry pancakes. These pancakes are by far, hands down, the winner. They buy fancy bacon and don't overcook it. And it shows. I like the light and space of the place; nice atmosphere. And the service is generally good, but sometimes not. That's almost irrelevant... my score is almost entirely pancake based. So good that screwing it up 1/3 of the time is forgiven.
Pros: I'm picky, and these were darn good pancakes
Cons: 1 out of 3 trips, pancakes were miscooked
